Rebranding BandNews Esporte / TV Bandeirantes / Television channel
BandNews Esporte is a program that airs on BandNews TV, the closed channel of TV Bandeirantes, a Brazilian broadcaster based in São Paulo, Brazil. The sports program provides updates
on matches, championships, news and important facts from the world of national
and international sport.
In 2021, I had the opportunity to create the vignette and graphic package for the show and, in 2023, I was tasked with rebranding the visuals, which changed after the network's entire visuals were updated. In this project, as well as the vignette, I worked on the whole package with CGs, lettering, studio backgrounds, transitions and visual elements.

01 - Design
After a lot of research, I realized that the vignettes of sports programs are always full of visual information, and I wanted to go against that, so I proposed using white as the main color and the elements in a mix of 2D and 3D so that the project would be close to the realism and seriousness that the channel's news programs deliver.

02 - Animation
In animation, I always like to think about the common thread. In this project, I decided to use circular graphic elements as the main visual figure, using them to create a sequence of movements linking one sport to another to change the scene.

03 - Elements
I love working with composition, inserting graphics, 2D, 3D, effects and making all this mix into a beautiful composition! In this project I worked on the 3D elements in Blender and then took them to After Effects to work on the composition, animation and transitions of the scenes.

It was very rewarding to work on this piece in 2021 and then update it in 2023. In the process, I was able to see the development of my techniques, skills and abilities in software and art.
